encroachment on roads in PUDA areas Sir, Two years back PUDA officials distributed copies of a high court order to remove the encroachments on the green belt areas or public property , most of the common people , who abide by the rule removed it themselves , except few high society people who do not bother about any law. ( One example you can see is just neighboring the Jain school in Jamalpur ( Urban Estate , the owner of the corner plot has not only encroached upon , but also it is made with a concrete brick wall boundary), but now you can see in the urban estate itself that people are erecting boundary walls and putting their main gates upto the road berm , which is causing inconvenience to the commuters , due to narrowing of roads and parking of vehicles on the roads. Is there any department which looks after this.
